To make your bed a seductive paradise you should change the bed sheets weekly and leave the bedroom window open for an hour each day, this will help to keep the bed fresh. Pillows can get particularly pongy. Reduce this by using pillow protectors under the pillowcases. Wash the pillowcases once a month to freshen them up. Always use a nice scented fabric conditioner when washing your bedding. It makes your bed soft and inviting and makes the whole room smell fresh and alluring. These few tips will help you to get fresh in bed in more ways than one, and this will improve your love life and may also improve your quality of sleep, leaving you all energetic for the next nights steamy romp.
